i need to get some messages back that i deleted please asap

On your iPhone open the Settings App. Tap Your Name, iCloud, etc. Then Tap iCloud. Are Messages turned on? If yes, when you deleted the messages you deleted them permanently and there is no place to get them back. If Messages are NOT turned on and you have a backup made from before the messages were deleted, you can restore your iPhone from that backup, but any data added after the date the backup was made will be gone. The bottom line is if you sync Messages with iCloud, there is no place to get them back from.

Unless you are prepared to restore s full backup taken before the deletion, you can't get them back.

Very few cell service providers save text messages. If they are iMessages the provider would not be involved.
