You cannot individually select messages on iCloud and delete them. You either have Messages on iCloud or you don't.

Disable Messages on iCloud.

Go to Settings > [Tap your Name] > iCloud > Messages [Disable]

Thanks for your prompt reply which was helpful. Even after disabling the storage in the iCloud for message has not changed which is taking more than 50%. How do I delete the stored message in iCloud? Thanks again.
