Since updating iPhone software to 15.3 (on iPhone XR) I am not receiving any notifications from apps (no badges or banners on Lock Screen or unlocked screen). Focus is off, verified notifications for each app is turned on. Also my Gmail app does not push/fetch for new emails with background refresh any longer and I have to open the app to check for new messages.

I have the opposite happening on my iPad mini 4.
I started to see Notification Red Dots on folders where I have never before. I also have notifications turned off for all apps in said folders.
Go figure!
I'm having the same issue. I tried all the recommendations but it doesn't work
Same issues here, I even tried doing a factory reset with no success.
I am having this problem as well. IPhone SE Model Nx9L2LL/A. Some apps work, some don't. I've tried all the suggestions.
