Troubleshooting iPhone Service:

Q1. "iPhone 6s network issues"

A1. "No Service": Is "No Service" is shown on the top-left corner of your screen? If so, go here to fix that: If you See No Service or Searching on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

Q2. "voice call & data not connected"

A2. Contact your Carrier about Voice Call & Data, being they are the ones who provide you with those services.

So what exactly are the issues? On which device is it. Please provide more.

I have a 6S plus and always have trouble software installing updates via my iphone so I do updates by connecting to iTunes on my Mac, then downloading the update and then doing the install (vs choosing 'download & update'). Everything worked fine until I downloaded & updated to ios 15.3 today. Now, my photos won't sync to my Mac...ugh. All photos appear as grayed out squares. Anyone else having this problem?
