my watch won't connect to cellular

My brand new Apple watch will not connect to cellular. I've spent hours at verizon and no one can seem to figure it out. What can I try?

Apple Watch won't connect to Cellular I have a Series 6 watch. If I leave an area that has wifi, in order for the cellular to work I have to turn off the wifi and bluetooth and reset the watch. If for some reason I wanted the cellular to work even if I had wifi connection, I would still have to do the same thing. This has been a problem since I bought the watch in November. Any ideas to help would be great. Thanks!

I’ve tried all of that and yet it still won’t work. Beyond frustrated.
