Upload photo album to windows PC in chronological order

I want to download all of my artwork from a photo album on my phone to a folder on my PC, both as an extra backup and to make it more easily accessible for future projects. The problem is that, when downloading from icloud, instead of downloading every image in order chronologically, they are all downloaded in a single large zip folder, meaning that all the images are recognized as being created simultaneously. This results in the drawings being in a completely randomized order in my photo library, making it nearly unusable because of the volume of images (There are over 6000.) Is there any way to get my images onto my PC in the correct order? Or are they more or less just trapped on my phone and icloud. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
