Problems updating Yosemite to Monterey on Mac Book Pro
I keep trying to download Monterey for my Mac Book Pro since it's still running on Yosemite, but every time I try to download it from the Apple Store, it tells me my Apple ID or Password is incorrect. I changed it twice already and am able to log into my Apple account, but it prompts me to re-enter my info when I click the "Get" download button - and it always says that my Log In info is wrong. How do I get the OS update?!
