The purchase invoice on the Apple website is very unclear

I have ordered 2 items at Apple. Apple charged that order $85.31. However, Apple continued to charge me another 31 dollars.


I don't understand why I was charged an extra $31, because Apple's bill doesn't show that information.


Please help me with the extra $31 fee.
