I have an enquiry about a billing charge and have not received an invoice regarding it?

Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID and password.

Check list of your recent purchases and click next to the item you purchased, which will also give you an option to download the invoice or getting it sent to you again via Email.
