Apple and Apple Authorized Service Providers no longer service the iPhone 6 for the most part. The iPhone 6 is no longer listed for battery replacement in Apple's article on batteries. You may need to find an aftermarket replacement service at this point.
Where are you located? There might be some regions (like California which requires 7 years) where Apple has an extended repair period available.

Owners of iPhone, iPad, iPod, Mac, or Apple TV products may obtain service and parts from Apple service providers, including Apple Retail Stores and Independent Repair Providers, for a minimum of 5 years from when Apple last distributed the product for sale.
