How can I get the Apple TV app to load on my LG smart tv?

That model TV is unfortunately not listed as supporting the Apple TV app directly. You will need an external streaming device to access the Apple TV app on that TV.

Try turning your TV off, then unplugging it. Wait a couple minutes and plug it in again. You can also try to update the TV software, or the Apple TV app. I can give you instructions on how to do that if I know what model TV you have. On my LG WebOS OLED 55" B6, it's a very simple process.
Thank you. LG model is LG 24LM520S-WU. I am pretty good with tech, I researched hoe to do it, I used the WebOS LG uses, found the Apple TV app on the TV content website (not preinstalled) got as far as “sign in” page but nowhere found to install it. No amount of clicking or even clicking “free trial” would do it. I do use the app on my Panasonic tv using The Apple TV device, no problems. Don’t want to but the devise for this smart tv.

I havent see the remote. But there should be a home button or something along that line. Press the home button, fing LG content store, and download it from there.
I have done all that. I got the Apple TV app up on the screen and there as I said is no way to download it I’ve clicked every button insight. It won’t go.
Are you sure you're using the content store app? Because that WILL make a difference.
