3d touch

Just wandering which ios or which iphone models are left with 3d touch. Currently i7 ios 13 is on 3d touch but 11 is not so my question which is last upgraded iphone should i buy which have 3d touch.?

Last iPhones with 3D Touch are the iPhone XS and XS Max. Not the XR, and nothing after that. Hope this helps.
