how can i remove tv remote from my account

The software remote isn’t about the account. It is about the device. Why do you think you would be better off removing it?

1. If you feel the need to do so, you can disable the software remote in Control Center from Settings﹥Control Center﹥Included Controls﹥Apple TV Remote, and press the remove button. Then it gets shifted to the More Controls list (inactive controls).
2. If you feel the need to do so, you can remove the old (non-functional in iOS 15) software remote from the App Store, the same way as any other app, by editing the Home Screen.
