Beats Fit Pro True Wireless Earbuds cord issue

I got these beats for Christmas. The cord that comes with doesn’t work. can I get a new one?

I’m sure you can get a replacement under warranty if you contact Apple. However, this is a forum of end users, so I can’t do anything directly for you. Contact – Official Apple Support (UK)
