iPhone stuck on Logo

I have a 2020 MacBook air laptop sur 11.4 and I tried to download Itunes to reboot my iPhone 11 because it's stuck on the iPhone logo screen. I can not reboot my phone because Itunes is not compatible with this laptop. Any suggestions to reboot/recover my phone?
