AirDrop the files from your Mac to your iPhone.

It appears that you main goal is to get a photo/video to Amazon photos from your PC (possible Windows based).

A straightforward method is to just log in to ➡️ Amazon Photos on the Web and then upload the file there. You can them view the uploaded file in the Amazon Photos app on the iPhone.

Obviously Airdrop is not going to help you with your PC but I think you have answered your own question, eliminate the middle device and go directly to Amazon photos. Easier and faster.
