I forgot my screen time passcode and there is no option to click forgot password. What can I do instead to remove the screen time passcode on my phone?

As long as your phone is updated to at least iOS 13.4, you should be able to reset the Screen Time Passcode. Did you follow the directions in the Related Article Link at the top of this page, which brought you here?
