The numbers on my iPhone 11 don’t work when asked in a call to press a number as an option.

Be certain you have used the “Keypad” icon shown here to get to those numbers.

Iphone 11 When I dial a phone number the keypad works flawlessly. When connected to a phone system and try to press a number, the keypad does not work and the call is disconnected. Extremely difficult to order perscriptions.
