AirPods Pro Case Not Charging

My AirPods Pro case doesn't seem to charge. It charges my AirPods, but the case itself won't charge. If I temporarily disable Optimized Charging, it charges just fine. I let the case run down to 21% today just to see if there was a certain threshold it had to reach before it charges, but no luck.

Any thoughts?
