Trojan virus in my iPhone

Hello I’ve had quite a threatening email saying I need to pay £1500 as they’ve hacked my iPhone camera, my microphone Have a videos of me and pictures apparently and going to send to all my contacts and social media is this real I normally ignore these but it’s been sent via “on behalf” of my own email address
