Consolidation of two family members’ iCloud storage plan accounts to one plan.

How do I consolidate my account and that of my wife’s under one 50 G iCloud storage plan. Right now collectively we are nowhere near the 50 G threshold and we are each paying 99 cents monthly ( she has an I Phone 7 ) and together do not exceed 5 Apple devices.
