Does apple ask reason for return?

I bought 13 pro 10 days ago but not satisfied with the performance of my perticular piece that i got. Having issues while video calling through different apps.

can i just return without reason? Or what should i tell them when returning? Would they ask me to go through apple support or will they just take it back as it is within 14 days of purchase?

please help!!

I don't believe so. I don't see any reason required in the return instructions.

They're not likely to accept it if it's been damaged. I would recommend returning at an Apple Store if you can, since it's generally better to have a human being there with you to look over it.

Just Request a Return:

Tell them that you just want to return it. If approved, they'd confirm right then and there. These are just user-to-user forums. No one here has and calls in returns. You have 14 days to return an iPhone. So, find and go to a local Apple Store, or call Apple, asking to mail it in.
