When I try to install an app I get the message "you have not signed in to App Store"

When I try to install an app you have not signed in to App Store yet and review information and keeps doing that over and over again

Log into your account in the App Store/iTunes and you should be able to change/verify it there.


Apple ID has not yet been used with the iTunes store. Please review your account information   -
