So I have a iMac 27’ I been using since 2010. My mom has an old iPod shuffle (2nd gen) my iMac want find the device like at all. It wont pull it up at all in my iTunes for me to see what music I have on it. I’m just wondering if there is anything I can do to get it to pull up?

Have you tried resetting your iPod? I’ll be honest I’ve actually never seen an iPod shuffle except in the old 2007 apple event. I used to have an old iPod touch but it doesn’t update.
