iPhone viruses are extremely rare, although it is possible to download other malware accidentally. The easiest way to avoid or stop any virus is to be sure your phone is running the latest iOS version. What "virus" behavior are you seeing?
this happens every time i try to search something on or off wifi but for all the other devices it’s perfectly fine
What makes you believe that there is a virus on your iPhone? How do you know that there are three? Provide more details. Thanks.
Axel F.
You do not have a virus on your phone. There are no known viruses in the wild that can infect an iPhone that is not jailbroken.
Describe what you're seeing that makes you think you may have one.

stedman1 is absolutely right! This is a scam. DO NOT click on the link then sent you! Never give any personal info in response to texts or email like this.
i opened it and it was from my atnt provider because i reset my phone
also it was happening before that message was there and my phone isn’t working with cellular or with wifi so search and other things aren’t loading
The screenshot you posted above is not from AT&T.

No, it wasn't really from AT&T. It was from a scammer pretending to be AT&T/
All those things you mention are 100% unrelated to the bogus message you posted above. If you are actually have issues with your device, it would be best to start a new thread, describing the issue.
How long has this been happening? Did this begin after you received/ clicked on the bogus AT&T message?
no it’s been happening before i clicked on it
