purchased movies will not download in appletv on my mac
Movies that I watched prior to IOS Monterey are no longer available and I cannot redownload them.

Is the AppleTV logged into the AppleID in question?
Is the Mac logged into the AppleID in question with the TV App through the Account menu?
Only devices logged into the AppleID in question can download the movie if available for download or watch them.
P.S. Mac OS runs on iMacs, iOS runs on iPhones, and iPads, and iPod Touch. TvOS runs on the newest versions of AppleTV
