My ipad is unable to connect to wifi

My ipad pro (12.9 -inch) (3rd generation) is unable to connect to wifi, does anybody had the same issue?

Hi Gloa, thank you for posting to Apple Support Communities.


If you have other devices that connect to the WiFi, please check that they are not affected by the same issue as that would indicate that your WiFi is the problem and not your devices and therefore you should restart your router and/or contact your internet service provider.


Nevertheless, if it is your iPad there are a number of steps you can take to try and resolve the issue. These steps are explained in more detail in the following link:
