Delete app without sending to library

Simply press and hold on the desired app until a new menu pops up. Tap Remove App > Delete App > Delete.

There are a few pre-installed apps including Health and Camera that cannot be deleted.

From “jiggle mode” hit Remove App and then Delete App.

Select core apps cannot be deleted though, like Safari, and will always be in the library.

I do not have that option. I can remove app from Home Screen and it goes to App Library I cannot remove it from App Library. This is most frustrating please help
