How to change App Store country in Apple TV os

How can I change the country of the App Store in Apple TV OS 15?

There is already a question about this https://discussions.apple.com/thread/251024682

however the answer doesn’t work - not in TV OS 15 anyway :)

i changed the country of my apple account from UK to Sweden on my iPhone. I can see swedish apps in the App Store of my iPhone but not my Apple TV

The region of the App Store (and of the iTunes Store) is automatically set according to the region of the active Apple ID account. If your billing address is British, then so is the region of the App Store. If your billing address is Swedish, then so is the region of the App Store.

Do you use the same account on your iPhone as on your Apple TV box?
