How can I find my iMovie project?

Hello and happy new year!

My iMovie project is not showing up. I recently moved all my devices: my new Mac mini (M1 or Apple silicon, NOT Intel based, if that matters...) the screen, keyboard, hard drive, mouse, cables, etc.... to my new dwelling and puff. Project not showing up!

I did not delete it. I simply closed everything, the same way I always did and was able to find it whenever I opened it again, but this time it wasn't there.

I have tried the steps suggested to someone else having this issue:

"follow this file path: Go/Home/Library/Containers/com.apple.iMovieApp/Data/Library/Caches/iMovie Backups."

....but I get stuck after "Home" because I can't find "Library"...the list that opens when I click "Home" ONLY includes: Desktop, Documents, Downloads, Movies, Music, Pictures, Public..... "Library" doesn't show anywhere...

I also tried the other suggestion:

"Open iMovie holding down the command and option keys and choose delete preferences in the window that opens."

...but that still doesn't work. My project is still not showing up.

I am NOT TECH SAVVI at all! If anyone is able to help me solve this issue, explaining step-by-step anything else I could do, I would really appreciate it!
