Hi yun182,

We see you're trying to cancel a purchase. If you're referring to the iTunes or App Store, pending purchases can only be eligible for a refund after they've processed. There is no way to cancel it during the pending stage. If you're referring to an Online Store order you'll want to reach out to that team directly.
