can't report Apple Watch as lost

I realized I either misplaced my Apple Watch or it was stolen over the last two days. I went to look for it on Find My iPhone, but it is not on my device list there anymore. It's completely missing from the device list.

I logged onto iCloud from my computer and it doesn't show under the Find My App there either, but it does show up under my account settings. However, when I click it, it doesn't have the option to report it as lost. All my other devices say "Lost, sold, or gave away this device?" in a link, but the Watch only shows "Sold or gave away this device?"

I am extremely frustrated. I cannot locate the watch and it's totally missing from the app, which I depend on. And now I can't even report it as lost. Please help!
