how to update my iMac to macOS version 10.15. Microsoft word updates won't load without it

Do we have the macOS version 10.15 update available, yet? I keep getting notifications from MS Word that I can't update to the newest version until my iMac is on that update, but it's not available in the App Store.

iMac 21.5″ 4K, macOS 10.13

What year model is your iMac?
