Contact your ISP:

It may be the encryption protocol being used. If so, that would need to upgrade your modem/router to using the correct protocol. Please contact your ISP (Internet Service Provider) to fix this.

Because you have configured your wireless router to use an obsolete security protocol that is no longer considered secure.
