Can't connect to internet

I can connect to wifi with my iphone and ipad, but not with my mac. Is there some way I can just send the wifi settings from my ipad to my mac?

On my mac, in the network settings, it is telling me that I am connected to wifi and I have an internet connection, but when I open Safari it says I'm not connected.

Mac mini, macOS 11.6

If Safari on Mac doesn't open a webpage or isn't working

Are you connected to your WiFi router using DHCP? If not, why not? If you must use another connection method, you can try adding a domain name server (DNS).

If you are using DHCP, it should get that from your router.

In Network System Preferences, select WiFI and then click the Advanced button.

Select the DNS tab.

Your router IP address should be listed in gray.

If there are any others you have not entered, remove them. Test.

If there aren't any listed other than your router, try adding these two and test.
