my iPhone storage was full so I bought more storage upgraded it still doesn’t let me download nothing why is that happening I upgraded to 200gb a month ?

Yes, it should. If your storage on your phone is full, you'll need to delete images, videos, apps, or data to make room. Or, purchase a device with more storage.

iCloud space that you rent in the cloud is not device space and is not added to your device.

iCloud storage upgrades are on Apple's servers and don't add to an unit's internal capacity.

it’s confusing it shouldn’t do that
