1. Are you using iCloud email, or another service (like Gmail, Yahoo!, Outlook, or other)?
2. What device are you viewing your email on?
3. Are you able to view the missing email by visiting your email provider's website? For example, if you use an iCloud email address, can you view the email at iCloud.com using a computer?
