My sim shows but searching and has no network

I want my sim to stop showing searching and give me network .and it looks like you guys locked it up why ?

iPhone – Won’t activate.

iPhone/iPad - No Service or Searching.

iPhone - If you can't make or receive calls

iPhone - If you see 'invalid SIM' or 'no SIM' on your iPhone or iPad
