Hi everyone, i have just got an iphone 12 and try to transfer my old data to my new phone. i follow the on screen instruction but however until the steps : transfered data from device, I then click continue and it straight back to the HELLO screen. please could anyone advise?

I can't complete the data transference to my iPhone 12
