Transferring iTunes library content on to my iPhone 13

Good Afternoon,

I recently received a couple of cd’s for Christmas. I burnt them onto my iTunes library onto my Mini Mac as I have previously done countless times.

I connected my phone via usb, clicked on the cd & dragged it across to dump on to my phone……

then nothing happens.

I have the updated current software versions on all devices.

I’ve switched off, shut down & restarted but to no avail.

Any help or advice on what to try next would be appreciated.
