Apple Id
Got a new iPad for my son for Xmas. I have been trying to reset the generic Apple ID with out success
pls help or I will have no other choice than to return it.

👉🏼 If you see a message that says "Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes," contact Apple Support for help.
Thanks Brian, I have tried that. It keeps saying the Id has not been activated
