I have this iPad but I dont know its apple id to reset or reconfigure it

How do I reset detach this iPad from my forgotten apple ID. I do have its purchase receipt.

You will either need to recover the Apple ID and password for it, or take it and the purchase receipt to an Apple Store so they can help you remove it.
