First off all charge your AirPods and get your iPhone closer to them open the lid of your AirPods and wait for the white screen then hold and press the back button in your AirPods tap connect in the white screen , follow all steps until finish , if Siri isn’t set it up yet you can do it over the steps to complete the AirPods setup
