Go to https://reportaproblem.apple.com/?s=6 and select 'Request a refund' from the menu in the page. Note that the refund, if granted, can take up to 30 days to be paid into the payment method used for the purchase - please see https://support.apple.com/HT210904

I have no idea; this is a user to user forum. No one here even knows who you are. Have you checked your subscriptions and your purchase history? Have you read the emailed receipts to your Apple ID email address that you receive every time Apple charges you?


To check subscriptions: Settings/[your name]/Subscriptions

Purchase History: Settings/[your name]/Media & Purchases - View Account/Purchase History
