I was looking to buy a ipad mini, but it had two option, Wifi or Wifi+ Unlocked. Does anyone know what they mean ?

Wi-Fi means its just connects to Wi-Fi for internet access.


Wi-Fi + Unlocked likely refers to the cellular model, which can use a sim card and connect to a cellular network. The unlocked part is because it can connect to any compatible GSM provider and is not locked to a particular cellular service provider.
