Finding Apple Watch

If my Apple Watch has died will the location keep updating? And if so is it accurate? I’ve lost mine and because it is dead the sound won’t play so I just want to be sure it’s here.

Apple Watch So I lost my apple watch which was the newest version in July of 2021. It is obviously dead and I lost it while traveling. It is now saying it is at my house.
