IOS 15.2 Issues

Since I updated my iPhone 12 to IOS 15.2, videos on apps such as Instagram and TikTok are not playing. I thought the issue was with the Instagram app at first but since it's also happening with TikTok, I'm assuming it's an issue with Apple. How do I fix this?
