Long-press the Tabs icon (bottom right icon) and choose “Start Page” from the resulting menu.

Tap the Tabs icon (bottom right icon). In the Tabs view, tap on the word “Private” in the center of the bottom toolbar and choose “Start Page”, or an existing tab name. Then either tap a Tab in the Tab View or tap “Done”.
