Advised by Apple Customer Support how to transfer all data on old (operating system) IPad to a new Ipad, was advised to upload data to cloud and transfer from cloud to new IPad. Was this correct info? Also, when trying to do so, I had to purchase more cloud space, but was unsuccessful at the "Purchase" step. Any help with this one? If successful, can transfer to new IPad be fairly simple?
