Watch Pairing

Hi there,

I just unpaired my apple watch with my old iPhone and connected it with my new one but all my data was lost. Is there anyway to restore this?

Apple Watch SE, watchOS 7

When you unpaired your watch from your old phone an icloud backup was made,you restore this backup on to your new phone.
